Staff training and INSET
Teaching children of any age is a deeply rewarding role, but the daily demands of the classroom or setting can sometimes overshadow the passion for teaching. Lorraine's training is designed to reignite that passion while equipping teachers and practitioners with practical, accessible strategies.
How it's delivered
Training can be delivered as part of an INSET day, twilight session, cluster meeting or online programme. Cluster meetings work well, as several schools can share a programme of training and the costs. Bespoke training can be tailored to the needs of your school or setting.

What staff say
“Thank you so much for the excellent session you delivered yesterday at Kings'. I have to say that I have had a huge amount of positive feedback about the session. People found it interesting, engaging and full of practical strategies. … “in twelve years of training at Kings' I have never felt more equipped, without any unanswered questions when leaving the hall than I did last night. Lorraine Lee was quite simply phenomenal, pitching the 'science' to us unsciencey minded in a way that could be completely understood.””
“I work in a large secondary school in Hampshire where, over the last year, we have seen an increasing number of mental health issues arising, particularly amongst girls. … Lorraine Lee gave a talk to our staff about panic attacks, what they are, and how to deal with them. Lorraine is a really good engaging speaker, and gives really practical advice. Within 2 weeks of hearing this talk, I had to deal with panic attacks on 2 separate occasions, and using Lorraine's techniques I felt I dealt with them in a much more effective, knowledgeable and positive way than previously.”
