What people say

“I was a bit nervous to talk to someone about my struggles with climbing, but Lorraine made me feel really comfortable and was very supportive. She gave me some really good advice that I have carried with me through my training and competitions. Lorraine has helped me progress mentally in my sport and feel more confident. I'm really pleased that I agreed to see her, and she was really nice to talk to.”

“The 'Equipping Your Child to Succeed In and Out of the Pool' workshop was a genuinely engaging, open and interactive session that gave both parents and children practical tools to support a positive approach to swimming, and to challenges outside the pool, including school. The structure worked really well: parents had time to reflect and discuss first, before the children joined. The sessions were split by age group to ensure the activities and conversations were appropriate, well pitched and meaningful.”
