Who we are
Lorraine Lee Training Ltd is the data controller for this website. You can reach us atlorraine@lorrainelee.org.
Lorraine Lee Training Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 09721805. Its registered office is Middle Brook Centre, Middle Brook Street, Winchester, England, SO23 8DQ.
The contact form
When you send the form on this site, your name, your email address, the subject you chose and your message are sent to Lorraine by email through Formspree, a hosted form service. Lorraine uses them only to reply to you and to arrange whatever you asked about. They are not added to any mailing list unless you ask, and they are not sold or shared.
The newsletter
The newsletter signup is run by Mailchimp. Subscribing is entirely up to you, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Video
Videos are hosted on Vimeo. Nothing is requested from Vimeo until you press play on a video; until then you are only loading a picture stored on this site. When you do press play, the player is loaded with Do Not Track switched on, so Vimeo does not build a profile of you.
Booking and buying
Booking a place on a workshop takes you to Eventbrite, a separate service with its own privacy notice. The shop is run by Ecwid and is shown inside the Shop page of this site: when you open that page, Ecwid loads its own software and stores what is in your basket so it is still there as you look around. Your order and your payment details are handled by Ecwid and their payment provider under their own privacy notice, not by this site.
Cookies and tracking
This site runs no analytics and no advertising trackers, and sets no cookies of its own. The one exception is the Shop page, where the shop software remembers what is in your basket, as described above. Every other page is unaffected, so there is nothing to accept or decline.
What we keep, and for how long
Enquiries sent through the form are kept in Lorraine's email for as long as they are useful for the work you asked about, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Email lorraine@lorrainelee.org and we will respond within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
